Shipping policy

DELIVERY ACROSS U.A.E: 

  • We accept Debit Card and Credit Card as a method of Payment.

  • Cash on Delivery is only avaibale for orders within UAE. To use Cash on Delivery as a payment method, kindly contact us on Whatsapp to place the order.

  • All shipments will be delivered through local couriers and should be delivered within 2 to 3 working days .

  • Once the Airway Bill is generated by the shipping department, customers will be notified by registered email.

  • All UAE orders are free of charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • For all GCC & International Orders, only online payment is acceptable.

  • Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order

  • All shipments will be delivered through DHL and should be delivered within 7 to 10  working days .

  • For all GCC & International Orders going out of UAE, the customer will also incur an import/customs fee pertaining to the destination country & the country's customs department.
